Assistance to Fracht SIA in preparation of draft contracts for road transport IT platform.

Representing Latvijas Pasts VAS in high-profile IP and IT dispute against Exigen Services (the leading IT company in Latvia), where after the software development agreement between interested parties was terminated, Exigen Services filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Latvijas Pasts VAS.

Assessed compatibility of commercial practices of IBERIA, the largest Spanish airline, with Latvian consumer protection rules.

Counselling Imeon Logistics Group in a dispute against DSV Transport concerning liability for extra costs caused by breach of contract for transporting cargo from Afghanistan to the U.S.

Successfully defending If P&C Insurance AS against Kuehne + Nagel Latvia SIA regarding an insurance recourse claim worth EUR 1.1 Mio for careless handling of a container, which washed overboard.

Acting for If P&C Insurance AS in a marine insurance dispute with stevedoring company Liepājas Osta LM AS, worth EUR 1.3 Mio, arising from chartering a few years older ship than permitted by the insurance policy.
