Gints Vilgerts, LL.M. is the founder and managing partner of the firm since 2008.  His practice focuses on all aspects of M&A, real estate and complex commercial dispute cases.

During his practice in Latvia and abroad (Baltics and Europe), since 2010, he has participated in more than 80 transactions of total deal-size in excess of EUR 3.5 billion for clients from more than 10 jurisdictions.

Gints Vilgerts has been a guest lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the Riga Graduate School of Law and the Riga Business School.

Gints Vilgerts is a "Chambers & Partners Europe" and "Legal 500" recommended practitioner in Latvia in the areas of M&A, corporate, real estate, construction and finance.
