Gints Vilgerts, LL.M. is the founder and managing partner of the firm since 2008.  His practice focuses on all aspects of M&A, corporate restructuring, real estate and complex commercial dispute cases.

During his practice in Latvia and abroad (Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Estonia), since 2010, he has participated in more than 100 transactions of total deal-size in excess of EUR 2 billion for clients from more than 10 jurisdictions.

Gints Vilgerts has been a guest lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the Riga Graduate School of Law and the Riga Business School.

Gints Vilgerts is a "Chambers & Partners Europe" and "Legal 500" recommended practitioner in Latvia in the areas of M&A, corporate, real estate, construction and finance.

GIVEN Jewellery AS, a leading jewellery network “Given by Grenardi”, on the issuance of its secured bonds (EUR 4 million) and acting as the collateral agent in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Acting as the collateral agent in Latvia following the issuance of its secured bonds (EUR 9 million) by Primero SV1 OÜ.

Advising Delfin Group, a leading financial service provider, on the insurance of its unsecured bonds (EUR 10 million).

Advised BPM Capital OÜ on its mezzanine loan financing to Digital Mind AS for the acquisition of Lithuanian IT company Alna.
