Elīna Dīce M.jur is an Associate at VILGERTS with a strong background in EU law, competition law, and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience advising clients on complex regulatory and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions, including competition law, unfair trade practices, public procurement, sanctions, and AML compliance.
Elīna holds an LL.M. in European Economic Law from Stockholm University and an MA from the College of Europe. Prior to joining VILGERTS, she gained international experience at the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in regulatory and compliance roles within both public institutions and international professional services firms.
Her practice focuses on competition and regulatory advisory, merger control, public procurement disputes, and compliance matters, with particular experience in retail, manufacturing, infrastructure, financial services, and technology sectors.
