Corporate Law: Increased manager liability. What has changed and how to deal with liability risks?

The Legislator has introduced far-reaching amendments, increasing the liability of Latvian company managers. It seems now that managers might be held liable for company debts even if they had nothing to do with them. This article explains what exactly has changed and how to deal with the liability risks.
