Expert Counsel Linda Bērziņa

Linda Bērziņa, LL.M., lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, who advises clients on all legal matters related to M&A, banking and finance and corporate law, as well as real estate related legal matters.

As part of VILGERTS’ Banking & Finance team Linda works with matters related to private and public bond placements, with the firm acting on behalf of either issuers or bondholders in the Baltics, as well as frequently acting as collateral agents. Also, Linda has notable experience of working on large loan projects representing both borrowers and lenders.

As a member of VILGERTS’ Corporate practice team Linda assists clients on all corporate law matters, including, formation of companies, corporate changes, corporate governance issues, reorganisations and liquidations, and business transfers. Linda has acted for clients in many M&A transactions, representing either the sell-side or the buy-side.

Linda assists the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team in many types of real estate transactions, particularly in matters related to real estate lease and purchase transactions, and real estate due diligence, as well as she helps the team with various real estate management issues.
