Due to increase in M&A/Corporate work law firm VILGERTS is looking for an experienced lawyer who is brave enough to take leadership of our Corporate practice group. We require excellent knowledge of Latvian and EU corporate and commercial law, experience with practical application of Latvian Commercial law, including trivial and complex matters.
