VILGERTS provided legal support to RASK in connection with the sale of Airwave OÜ shares to Beijer Ref Group, assisting with the sale process of the Latvian company.

Established in 1999, Airwave is one of the leading HVAC solution providers in the Baltics, headquartered in Tallinn with offices in Riga and Vilnius. The company’s annual turnover exceeds EUR 50 million, offering a broad range of high-quality heating, ventilation and cooling technologies for both private and business customers.

Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Estonian Competition Authority.
