Food & Tobacco

Who We Are

Our practice in food & tobacco is mostly linked to the retail sector, as well as the intellectual property protection of large tobacco trademark owners. We are strong in the food retail sector, especially in competition law aspects of it. In the tobacco sector we act for major brands in protecting their products against counterfeits. In both areas we get involved in assisting business associations with draft laws at governmental level and in the parliament.
