Legal Assistant for the Corporate Team.

We are looking for legal assistants who are interested in becoming a part of the team at VILGERTS.

Legal assistants should have such key qualities as: 

  • confident command of Latvian, Russian and English, with outstanding language skills both written and oral;
  • bachelor in laws (may be a final year student);
  • impeccable document drafting and management;
  • responsibility for own performance;
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a multitasking manner;
  • excellent computer literacy (proficient use of MS Office, legal databases);
  • experience in research of legal issues;
  • interest and ability to write Latvian law news for the firm’s website/ LinkedIn profile.

Responsibilities:

  • draft/review/revise supply chain contracts, contract templates, guidelines and documents;
  • communicate with the Company Register, Office of Citizenship and Migration, notary public and other authorities;
  • conduct legal analysis;
  • assist in other commercial legal matters.
