Vairis Dmitrijevs, LL.M. leads the firm’s M&A and Corporate law practice. Assisted INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund in acquiring controlling stake in Eco Baltia. VILGERTS team assisted in the whole process, including with legal due diligence, merger control, transaction advisory and negotiations.

Assisted East Capital Baltic Property Fund III in acquiring Logistic Park near Riga International Airport for nearly 19 million euros. VILGERTS provided 100% legal support in the process including financing arrangements.

Advised Apple Premium Reseller iStyle in selling its Baltic business to iDeal (now leading Apple Premium Reseller in the Baltics).

Assisted BPM Capital in financing of acquisition of AS Smiltenes piens (a well-known local dairy brand). VILGERTS team was involved in due diligence as well as assisted with drafting, negotiations and other transaction related practicalities.
