Diāna Adamoviča, Mag.iur., joined VILGERTS’ Regulatory practice group during 2021.
Prior to joining VILGERTS, Diāna provided comprehensive legal support to a construction design company, including representing the company’s interests in various institutions and courts.
Diāna was also an assistant to a judge in the Regional Administrative Court, where her daily tasks included preparing the case files, as well as preparing draft court rulings and other court related documents.
Diāna assists the Regulatory team in various public procurement related matters before the Procurement Monitoring Bureau and the Administrative Court.
Diāna has experience across a variety of EU and local regulatory matters, including product compliance, medical device registration and obtaining licenses with various Latvian authorities. Diāna also assists the Regulatory team with environmental law issues, including waste management.
Diāna is a PhD student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia “Science of Law”. Her thesis focuses on “Communication of the judiciary with the society from the aspects of legitimation and ethics”.
