VILGERTS advised Printon and Vaba Maa merger.

Estonian printing house Vaba Maa AS, which specializes in advertisements and security product distribution, acquired 100% of printing house Printon from a private seller.

VILGERTS partner Kaido Loor advised the seller of the transaction.

After the transaction, two printing houses merged, continuing to operate as Printon, with more than 120 employees and net turnover of approximately EUR 10 Mio. The former owner of Printon owns 20% of the newly merged company.
