Legal support to Nulles Depozīts SIA, a bidder for bottle deposit system in Latvia, with corporate and regulatory matters.

Advisory to Connexus Baltic Grid regarding changes in the corporate governance due to changes in the shareholding.

Legal support to Decathlon, one of the world's largest sporting goods retailer, with retail regulatory matters by entering Latvian market.

Developing strategy for and implementing the initiative of the Latvian Association of Optometrists and Opticians to level the rules on accessibility to medical facilities for persons with disabilities. The differentiated rules prohibited members of the association from being registered as medical institutions and delivering services within the state scheme for medical care. The assistance involved liaising with the Ministry of Health and defense of the client’s position before the Cabinet of Ministers.

Advising the Latvian Association of Optometrists and Opticians in registering medical technologies with the Latvian Health Inspectorate and clarifying statutory training requirements for medical personnel.

Defended a department store before the Consumer Rights Protection Centre in alleged price display breach for loyal customers.

Helped an energy company to explore ways of overturning the regulators ruling that the transmission system operator was not independent of its shareholders. The main challenge in the case was focusing on the fiduciary duties of the client’s management in managing the company while the shareholders are creating a conflict of interest and compliance risks.

Assisting operator of retail department store in a case where the Consumer Rights Protection Centre claimed breach of rules for indicating the prices in case of special price for loyal customers.

Representing Small Scale Hydropower Association before the European Commission in relation to the proposed amendments by Latvian government that substantially change the state aid payments to the members of the Association.

Acted for a department store before the State Language Inspectorate for mislabelling products in breach of the State Language Law.
